The accepted papers's authors are kindly  requested to provide the improved paper including the reviews response letter with the camera-ready folder.

 

ISPR 2025: Camera-Ready Paper Submission Instructions

Congratulations on having your paper accepted to ISPR 2025! To ensure a smooth publication process, please follow these instructions for submitting your camera-ready paper and copyright form.

Copyright Form:

The corresponding author of each accepted paper must submit a completed and signed copyright form. Download the form (copyright form), fill it out, sign it, and rename the file according to the following format:

  • Filename: "PaperID_CopyrightForm.pdf" (Replace "PaperID" with your actual paper ID)

Camera-Ready Paper:

We require the source files and final PDF of your paper for production of the conference proceedings with Springer.

File Types:

  • LaTeX: Submit all source files (LaTeX files, style files, special fonts, eps files) along with the final PDF. References should be provided as BibTeX (.bbl) files to avoid data loss during conversion.
  • Word or RTF: Submit the Word or RTF document along with the final PDF.

Email Submission:

  • Subject Line: "PaperID_CameraReady" (Replace "PaperID" with your actual paper ID)
  • Email Content:
    • Final version of your paper (source files and compiled PDF)
    • All author names, emails, and affiliations included in the final paper
    • Filled and signed copyright form (mentioned above)
  • Zip the entire folder containing all files.
  • Email the zipped folder to: ispr2025@sciencesconf.org, or akram.bennour@gmail.com
  • Filename: "ISPR'2025_PID##.zip" (Replace "##" with your paper ID)

Important Dates:

  • Deadline: Submit your camera-ready paper and copyright form by Septembre15th, 2025.
  • Paper Formatting: Papers should be written in English and formatted according to the Springer Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) one-column page format.
  • Paper Length:
    • Full papers: 12-15 pages
    • Short papers: 6-11 pages

We are committed to making the proceedings available online for authors as soon as possible. Please adhere to these guidelines and submit your camera-ready materials by the deadline. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the ISPR 2025 organizers.
